So, we had a nice staycation at our home in Alameda - an unplanned yet quite lovely pivot from our original plan. We never left that airport luckily though, we got on the last flight back to Oakland that night, which completed a very odd 18-hour odyssey. Instead, I could (but won't) regale you with the amenities and features of the Denver airport, where we spent 9 quality hours a week ago Saturday in the not so friendly confines (some amazing behavior exhibited by folks) of Southwest Airlines's terminal. I hope you, your families and friends are doing well! I was looking forward to regaling you with highlights of our adventures this past week in the midwest and east coast touring colleges with our daughter.
